How payouts work
Escrow before you start
When a requester posts, their card is charged into escrow. You only see funded tasks — no chasing payment.
Released on approval
As soon as the requester clicks Approve, 80% of the task price transfers to your Stripe Connect balance.
In your bank in 1–2 days
Stripe pays out to your linked bank account on a daily schedule. No invoicing, no net‑30, no follow‑ups.
Disputes you can trust
If a requester refuses to approve quality work, open a dispute. Our team reads the workspace log and releases funds when the brief was met.
Never ask requesters for their passwords
Offload runs on secure delegation. Requesters share access through Google Workspace delegated mailboxes, Microsoft 365 shared mailboxes, and native teammate roles inside their CRM. You never see, store, or ask for a password — and you can revoke access in one click when the task is done.
Asking a requester for their password is a policy violation and grounds for immediate removal from the network. It protects them — and it protects you.
Getting started, step by step
1. Create your Doer account
Sign up with email or Google. Pick a username, timezone, and the tools you're strongest in (Sheets, HubSpot, Apollo, Notion, etc.).
2. Submit one work sample
A cleaned spreadsheet, a sample lead list, a reformatted slide — anything that shows the quality of your work for a category you want to claim.
3. Connect Stripe
Click 'Set up payouts' on your dashboard. Stripe Connect onboarding takes 5 minutes and verifies your identity for tax + payout compliance.
4. Claim your first task
Filter the task feed by tool or category. Read the brief, confirm you can hit the ETA, and claim. The price you see is the price you earn (×80%).
5. Deliver in the workspace
Chat with the requester, upload files, ask clarifying questions. Keep everything inside the task workspace — it's your audit trail if a dispute happens.
6. Get paid
When the requester approves, your payout transfers immediately. Bank deposit lands within 1–2 business days.

What does the application require?+
A short profile (skills, tools, timezone) and one work sample relevant to a category you want to claim — a cleaned spreadsheet, a sample lead list, a redesigned slide. No résumé needed.
Do I need a specific country or visa?+
Offload is open to Doers in any country Stripe Connect supports for payouts. You're an independent contractor — taxes are your responsibility in your local jurisdiction.
How much does Offload take?+
A flat 20% platform fee. You keep 80% of every approved task — shown clearly before you claim. No hidden charges, no membership fees, no bidding credits.
When do I get paid?+
Payouts release the moment the requester approves your delivery. Funds land in your connected bank account within 1–2 business days via Stripe. No 30‑day net terms, no chasing invoices.
Do I need to ask requesters for their passwords?+
